What an amazing retreat at Predator Ridge. Jess and Caitlin are the most incredible human beings!! Sure hope they plan more of these fabulous yoga retreats. Thank you!

From end to end this event was "top shelf"! I loved the positive vibe with the empowering mantra, it was all about supporting women. I appreciated the panel, to hear of their successes and failures, and the passion and drive that kept them in the "game." I loved the venue, the food was healthy and well thought out, it wasn't heavy. The speakers were a good cross section of information. I look forward to next year!
